Day 17 : 10/07/01 

Today we visited Arches National park. It was a 120 miles drive to get there in the morning. The park is really amazing, the landscape is nothing compare to what you could have seem before. Everything is red and is really beautiful when you have a dark blue sky behind.

So we had a nice hot weather here in Utah but then dark clouds showed up, we even had a little rain at the end of the afternoon.

Unfortunatly we missed the sunset on arche. We tried to run the 1.5 miles to get there but we realized that we wouldn't make it and gave up after a few minutes. Too bad! Running this trail after a 2.5 hours of hiking was interesting...
